Asian Cooking Skills and Techniques (6 lessons)

$495 full course or $99 per lesson

Asian cuisine- exotic arrays of flavours that stimulate the senses. Learn how to cook some of your favourite dishes with ease. Great tips on where to shop and what to look out for at your local. In this 6 weeks hands on Cooking course you will learn how to use many different asian ingredients and to balance the delicate flavours dominant in Asian cooking. Learn the quintessential of Asian cooking and the use of speciality ingredients.

You will be introduced to Chinese, INdonesian, Japanese, Malaysian and Thai cuisine in easy steps and simple to follow recipes. Discover how to make fresh Laksa, Pad Thai Jam, Teriyaki sauce, Yellow Curry, Red Curry, Roast Peking style duck, BBQ Pork Buns, Wontons and many, many more.
