Epicure Personal Cuisine will deliver your dinner party dishes prepared by our Professional Chefs in our commercial kitchen, delivered in attractive, oven proof containers labeled with complete  finishing instructions. So all you have to do is  concentrate on organizing your dinner party and have more time with your guests! 

At Epicure Cuisine, we're all about food. Tantalizing, appetizing and creative selections by our chefs make every meal  an occasion to celebrate. 

A five course dinner delivered is $75 (min.6 people)

Epicure Personal Chefs diet is striving to deliver meals that are great for your body.

We at Epicure Personal Chefs are more interested in teaching people how to eat, not what not to eat!

The Mediterranean diet is a well balanced diet that ensures variety and flavour. As Australia is at the same climatic latitude as this region, most of the necessary ingredients are grown locally and are therefore readily available for our meals.

The Mediterranean diet is highly nutritious: it is in accordance with research done by the Heart Foundation and is also the closest to the dietary requirements advocated by the US Health Department. This food guide suggests a balance of carbohydrates (simple and complex), protein (vegetable and limited animal) and unsaturated fats.

The dishes and recipes we choose, are chosen for their balance and nutritious value, as well as sustained freshness.

We prepare all of our food fresh from scratch on the day of your event. We do not keep stock and all fresh food items are purchased on the day. Therefore, in the unlikely event of a food item being unavailable, I reserve the right to substitute such produce.
