$275 full class or $105 per lesson

Make your next celebration memorable by expanding your Dessert repertoire with fresh ideas, and flavour combinations.

Learn what produce to look for at your local market, and how to prepare a variety of elegant desserts that will turn a humdrum dinner into a glamorous event. In this 3-week cooking Course you will learn how to prepare Fine Desserts and Pastries such as Dark Chocolate Tart, Crème Caramel, Crème Brûlée, Pannacotta, Ice Cream Parfait, Cherry Strudel and many more.
