Whether you are a beginner or more experienced cook, these classes will give you the opportunity to develop essential cooking skills, processes and flavour-matching.
You’ll start becoming acquainted with basic kitchen equipments and staple must-have ingredients, moving on to knife skills and cooking techniques including: steaming, pan frying, roasting, braising, boiling, baking, etc. And then, you get to eat the fruits of your labour.
You will become familiar with the use of exotic spices and herbs by preparing an array of traditional and non traditional dishes.
The final class you will get to cook a four course dinner menu, where you are invited to bring a friend along to sample your newly acquired skills. And learn about food and wine pairing.
