Epicure Personal Chefs recreational Cooking school offers Cooking Classes for both beginners and amateur cooks alike. All our classes are 'hands on' and run for three hours.The only prerequisite that’s needed is a

MEN ONLY

Basic Cooking Skills and Techniques (6 lessons)

$495 full course or $ 99 per lesson

Learn the foundations of basic cooking in this 6-week Cooking Class. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced cook, this Cooking Class will give you the opportunity to develop classic and essential Cooking skills, which will help you understand recipes and allow you to improvise and match flavours.

Although the recipes for the Cooking class will be simple and easy to prepare, they will include international ingredients and teach you an all-round basic Cooking knowledge. You’ll start with becoming acquainted with basic kitchen equipment and utensils and staple must-have ingredients, moving on to knife skills and cooking techniques including: steaming, pan frying, roasting, braising, boiling, baking, etc.

On the last night of class we'll cook a full four course meal from soup and appetizer through to dessert and enjoy it with some wine while we talk a bit about wine and food pairing.
